OpenLink HTML5 WebDB-to-ODBC Bridge


The OpenLink HTML5 WebDB-to-ODBC Bridge extension provides a binding from the HTML5 Web SQL Database API to the ODBC API.

This is important because now, rather than JavaScript SQL Database access being confined to SQLite, users and developers can use the HTML5 Web SQL Database API against any ODBC-accessible RDBMS engine, including OpenLink Virtuoso, Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, IBM DB2, IBM Informix, Sybase, Ingres, Progress, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebird, and many more.
