Tools > Options… for Linux

Makes the menus look a little more like those in Windows by adding Tools > Options… and (optionally) hiding Edit > Preferences. Possible reasons include making screenshots and screencasts targeted at Windows users (maybe in conjunction with a Windows-like theme), or just because you like the Windows convention better.
